The French 75

Ingredients:

1.5 oz of Gin (st george spirits botanivore)

.75 oz of freshly squezed lemon juice 

1 tablespoon of lavender simple syrup 

2 oz of dry champagne

garnish with purple basil 

Preparation:

combine gin, simple, and lemon juice into shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. strain into chilled highball and finish with your choice of champagne. garnish with purple basil.

Montenegro Sour

Ingregients:

2 oz of amaro (montenegro)

1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice 

2 heavy dashes of Orange spice root bitters 

3/4 oz of pomegrante syrup 

1 egg white 

Garnish with pomegrante seeds

preparation:

Combine all ingredients except for egg white into shaker and shake vigorously. strain into a chilled glass and set to the side. in shaker now add egg white and dry shake for 30 secoonds. now combine all ingredients into one sahker and shake for 10 seconds or until chilled. double strain and finish with a few pomegrante seeds

ingredients:

2 oz of rum (plantation rum)

1 oz of pineapple syrup 

.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice 

2 dashes of orange spice root bitters 

1/2 oz of fresno chile and anise syrup 

garnish with star anise

Preparation:

combine all your ingredients into your shaker and shake for 15 seconds. fine starin into highball glass, garnish and enjoy!

Tiki kiwi party

ingredients:

1.5 oz of rum (plantation rum)

.5 oz of green chartreuse

.5 oz of pineapple guava syrup 

.5 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice 

1 oz of pineapple juice

half of a kiwi 

Garnish with mint and kiwi slice 

preparation:

muddle kiwi, add the rest of your ingredients into shaker and shake. Frine strain into your meanest looking tiki mug and garnish with a sprig of mint and some fresh kiwi slices.

negroni

ingredients:

1 oz of gin (fords gin)

1 oz of vermouth (punt e mes)

1 oz of campari 

garnish with carmilized orange wheel 

preparation:

combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 60 rotations. Express fresh orange peel into glass. the strain into glass and top with carmilized orange wheel. drop the orange wheel in if you refer the drink a bit sweeter. it will cut through the dryness a bit.

old fashioned

Ingredients:

1 Demerara sugar cube

2 Dashes of Orange spice root bitters 

2 dashes of angostura bitters 

2 oz of your favorite bourbon (we are using bulleit rye whiskey)

preparation:

Build in glass, add sugar cube and angostura bitters. Muddle! Fill glass half way with ice. ADD the bourbon and stir for around 60 rotations. add your orange spice root bitters and garnish with a orange peel and lemon peel.

Relativity 

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice 

1/2 oz of c3 simple syrup (cardamon, coriander, caraway seeds) 

2 sprigs of thyme

2 dashes of orange spice root bitters 

1/4 oz of aperol

2 oz of four roses small batch bourbon 

PREPERATION:

Combine all ingredients into shaker. Strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme

Camp fire

ingredients:

2 oz of banana infused bourbon 

1/2 oz of almond syrup 

3 dashes of orange spice root bitters

banana bourbon:

start with two ripe bananas, peel and slice into thirds. Proceed by infusing bananas into the bourbon for about 4 to 5 days while refrigerating. finally, Strain through a cheese cloth.

almond syrup: 

Toast a hand full of almonds in a cast iron skillet. boil two cups of water and add almonds. Let almonds boil for about 4 mins and then add two cups of demerara sugar. reduce heat and let simmer for an additional 2 mins. lastly, bottle, refrigerate, and enjoy. 

preperation:

build in glass, add bourbon, almond syrup, and bitters. Fill old fashioned glass with ice. stir for 30 seconds. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow

white pine 

ingredients:

1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice 

1/2 of of fresh pineapple juice 

4 dashes of orange spice root bitters 

1/2 oz of orgeat 

2 oz of macchu pisco

1 egg white 

preperation:

begin by dry shaking your egg white and lime juice. next, add bitters, orgeat, and pisco into shaker. then add ice and shake vigorously. lastly, strain into martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge, luxardo cherry, and a sprig of mint.

rosemary rye

ingredients:

4 blackberries 

1/2 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice 

1/2 oz of fresh pineapple juice 

1/2 oz of rosemary and sage syrup 

3 dashes of orange spice root bitters 

1.5 oz of Bulleit rye whiskey 

preperation:

muddle blackberries in shaker. add juice, syrup, bitters and whiskey. put ice into shaker and shake. Fine strain into a double old fashioned glass and garnish with a sage leaf.

 sazerac

ingredients:

1 sugar cube 

2 dashes of peychauds bitters 

2 dashes of orange spice root bitters 

1/4 oz of absinthe 

1 1/2 oz of sazerac rye 

preperation:

start by rinsing the glass with absinthe and add sugar cube. next coat sugar cube with the two types of bitters. then pour sazerac rye over ice into double old fashioned glass. lastly, stir for about 60 rotations, strain into double old fashioned glass and garnish with lemon peel.
